With no major prizes for individual winners the field has been broken down into various categories to enable control at the start and to spread the field.
These categories are as follows-
Junior girls solo and junior girls teams. (Under 19)
Junior boys solo and junior boys teams.
Open women solo and open women's teams. (19 to 39)
Open men solo and open men's teams.
Masters women solo and masters women's teams. (40 plus)
Masters men solo and masters men's teams.

If there are mixed teams in these categories they will be entered with their respective female age group so to keep them all together.
With seven hours of riding on offer you have the choice of riding solo or team or solo and team. The track distances will vary from 5klms and 6klms and to 7klms for Sunday's 4-hour enduro. Included in track this year is nearly 1klm of new single track in the gully near the bunkhouse.

Mark Fenner from FTP Training (www.ftptraining.com) will again be attending and will be using this event as a pre Scott 24 hour training ride for some of his clients. To everyone's advantage Mark will be giving a seminar on Saturday night looking into nutrition and hydration for endurance events.

Information for directions and accommodation fees can be obtained from the Coolendel web site or by phoning Coolendel. So don't delay your decision, make your entries and we'll see you at Coolendel for another great SCUM mtb gathering.
